In year 1998 Nayak Ji started “Gor Sikwadi” movement to achieve a dream of a progressive community along with Sandesh Bhiya, R C Bhiya and with few more like-minded people. Before starting “Gor Sikwadi” work Nayak ji has worked on a state level body of many unions, always he was thinking that I am putting lot of effort for this type of union work, if I could put the same effort for my own community then my community’s future can be changed, working on this thought he spend 3 years in planning and organizing like-minded people to realized them the need of community development work.
Nayak Ji is one of the most respectable person in Banjara Community, he is known for his devotion and dedication. His effort and commitment has always been an example for all “Gor Sikwadi” team members.
