HISTORY BEGAN : Sant Sri Sevalal Study Centre was inaugurated at Gulbarga University aimed at carrying out studies and research on issues pertaining to Sant Sevalal and Banjara community.
Sevalal studies chair is the first of its kind in any University in India. Higher education Minister R.V.Deshpande Govt of Karnataka inaugurated. He appreciated the efforts of Dr.Umesh Jadhav MLA for his efforts for the establishment of the SSSC. Sri Rama rao Maharaj, Revunaik Belamagi, Dr. Umesh Jadhav, Smt. Jalajanaik, Prakash Rathod, Baburao Chavan, Subhash Rathod, Motiraj Rathod and myself were on the dias. Prof P.K Khandoba Coordinated the programme. Ram rao Maharaj presented a rare Book on Sevalal to the Centre.
